About Loveless Wealth Management
Our Code of Ethics
As registered investment advisers we are fiduciary, required by law to always place our client’s interest before our own. We are not affiliated with any broker-dealer or investment product; therefore we can offer independent advice free from conflict. Unlike some representatives of large brokerage firms, we have no incentive to recommend any certain investment or investment product because we do not earn commissions based upon sales. We are a fee-only adviser. We are compensated based upon a percentage of the value of the assets you request us to manage. This compensation arrangement fosters the best incentive to grow and protect your assets because your success is then our success! We have established and adhered to a Code of Ethics and are proudly committed to this fiduciary duty to always place your interests before our own.

Our Process
Loveless Wealth Management LLC (LWM) offers a thoughtful and detailed process with a long-term focus resulting in a plan to help achieve your goals. We will act as your trusted fiduciary so you can have confidence in your financial life without having to manage the burden alone.
Listen
What are your goals for the future? What is it that you value? Tell us. We put in the time and effort to gather data, define objectives, and build a strong trusting relationship. This allows us to create a strategy and plan specific to your needs.
Analyze
At this point, we engage in a detailed analytical process to gain an intimate understanding of your current status relative to your stated objectives. This requires an examination of wealth, risk, and tax management strategies. We dedicate ourselves to analyzing and evaluating where you are financially, so we can provide the guidance to get you where you want to be. Some topics we focus on at this stage include:
- Savings and investments
- Assets and liabilities
- Income (level and type)
- Estate Planning
- Insurance Planning
- Financial Goals
Presentation of Recommendations
Our clients are unique, and so is the advice we provide them. Only after meticulous analysis do we develop and present customized and comprehensive recommendations designed to help meet your individual objectives and goals. It is during this process that we agree on the next steps going forward. Presentations may include:
- Tax Planning
- Retirement Planning
- Investment Analysis
- Individualized Financial Planning
Implement
Once we have agreed upon the best strategy for you, you can be assured that your strategy will be carried out with the utmost precision. Our years of experience and advanced certifications aid us in executing each client-tailored investment strategy. We will coordinate with other professionals, as needed, and be accountable for putting your plan into action.
Our Fees
We are compensated for managing investment portfolios based upon a percentage of the market value of assets managed. Fees may be negotiable.
Clients will authorize fees to be deducted from their accounts. Fees are payable quarterly (1/4 of annual rate) and based on the market value of the portfolio at the end of the quarter.
Investment Management Fee Schedule:
Asset Range | Annual Rate
First $500,000 | 1.5 % | |
Next $500,000 – $1,000,000 | 1.0 %
Next $1,000,000 – $20,000,000 | 0.75%
Next $20,000,000 – $50,000,000 | 0.375%
Next $50,000,000 – $200,000,000 | 0.25% |
Billing is quarterly at ¼ of annual rate and in arrears. Cash flows over $10,000 are prorated.
Accounts are subject to a $400 minimum annual fee. Fees are debited directly from the investment account, after the quarter-end. Fees are billed and payable after services have been provided, not in advance. Fees are pro-rated for partial quarters and for large cash flows.
We execute an agreement with our clients defining certain terms of our investment advisory relationship. This agreement can be terminated at any time by the client and with 14 days’ notice by us.
We charge $350.00 per hour for financial planning services. No refunds are made and termination of services is effective upon notice.
Our clients also incur transaction fees or commissions from the broker-dealer through which the investments are purchased or sold. Mutual funds also charge annual management fees. We do not retain any portion of any of these additional fees. The custodian, broker-dealer, and/or investment company keep all of these additional fees.
We do not receive any other compensation such as commissions or “loads” for the sale of securities or other investment products nor do we receive any annual service fees from mutual fund or annuity companies.
Strategic Alliances
Custodian
Loveless Wealth Management LLC does not maintain custody of your assets. Your assets must be maintained in an account at a “qualified custodian”, generally a broker-dealer or bank. When requested to do so by a client or prospective client, we will recommend our clients use Charles Schwab & Co., Inc. (Schwab), a registered broker-dealer, member SIPC, as the qualified custodian. Loveless Wealth Management LLC is independently owned and operated and is not affiliated with Schwab. Schwab will hold your assets in a brokerage account and buy and sell securities as we instruct them to. Each client receives statements directly from Schwab and also quarterly management and performance reports from us.
The Charles Schwab Corporation is an investment and financial planning company that helps the wealthy manage complex portfolios as well as the average investor trying to grow their wealth. The company became the largest discount brokerage house in the United States and has remained a solid player despite the financial crisis that hit during the first decade of the 21st century.
