Meet The Team
Donald S. Loveless, CFA and CFP®
I am the President and founder of Loveless Wealth Management, LLC which manages assets for individuals, companies, trusts and charitable institutions.
I was born in 1957 and received a Bachelors degree in Business Finance [and Economics/Political Science] from the University of Montana at Missoula, Montana in 1981. I hold the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation and am a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ practitioner. I have worked for various firms in the financial services industry since 1983.
I live in Billings, Montana with my wife and like to fly, ride my motorcycle, travel, and read in my off time.
Brian Suskevich, Chief Operations Officer, Investment Advisor Representative
I have been working in the wealth management industry since 1999, and enjoy being able to connect with the clients to help them realize their financial goals. I believe it is important to have a personal relationship with the clients, as well as having the focus to help clients achieve their objectives.
After working at a wealth management firm in Los Angeles for 11 years, I decided to move to Montana. I started working at Loveless Wealth Management in 2011 and am able to utilize the valuable tools I was taught in Los Angeles, as well as acquiring an entire new skill set here at Loveless Wealth Management.
I am an Investment Advisor Representative and am involved with client account management, trading, research and working as a liaison to Charles Schwab. I also help manage various social media platforms for Loveless Wealth Management.
In my free time I enjoy reading, gardening, skateboarding, playing with my pups and generally being outdoors here in Big Sky Country.
Betsy Rector, Chief Financial Officer, Investment Advisor Representative
I received a bachelor's degree in Communication Studies from the University of Montana, Missoula, Montana in 2011. I returned to my hometown of Billings in 2012, and have been working for Loveless Wealth Management since January of 2014. I am an Investment Advisor Representative and my roles include client account management and operations as well as trading and investment research.
Working in the finance industry has offered me the opportunity to work with people through a process that enables the accomplishment of long-term goals. Gaining an understanding of the industry and its influence on so many parts of our lives has been eye opening. It helps people to feel confident in their future, and that is a really rewarding experience to be part of.
In my free time I enjoy traveling, working out and reading.
Shannon Schock, Investment Advisor Representative
I graduated from Montana State University – Northern in the spring of 2009 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a minor in Accounting.
I have been working in the finance industry since May, 2015. So far, all of my roles in finance have been administrative or operational, but I recently completed my studies and am excited to join the team as an Investment Advisor Representative. I have a strong belief that people can achieve the retirement goals they set for themselves—sometimes they just need a little help with the planning. I want to be part of that help.
In my free time, I enjoy weight lifting, reading, walking my dog, and spending time at the range with my husband.
Michelle Hauge, Administrative Assistant
I was born and raised on a ranch in the Bear Paw Mountains south of Chinook, MT. After graduating from high school in 1995, I attended college at Miles Community College with a focus on Business Administration. I joined the Loveless Wealth Management team in January, 2018, as the Administrative Assistant.
My position as Administrative Assistant allows me to meet and greet our clients and become more than the voice behind the phone. I help them with account administration and do my best to answer any questions that come up. The best parts of my days are visiting with people when they call or come in for meetings! I truly value the relationships that working with my team at Loveless has allowed me to create.
I enjoy spending time with my children in the great outdoors hunting, fishing and camping. I also like to read and travel, even if it’s just a day long road trip!
